Enrico has a six year experience as Export Manager at a major Italian Ceramics company; consultant and trainer in the areas of marketing / sales and development for a consulting firm in Milan and the Institute of IFOA Reggio Emilia.

Till the end of 2001 he was the Group Marketing Director of a major Modena based manufacturing company of machinery for metalworking. Founder and currently Senior Partner of Octagona Enrico has extensive experience in the sectors of ceramics & food processing.

Graduate in European Business Management from the University of Wales (UK) with a subsequent specialisation in International Marketing from IFOA of Reggio Emilia.

From the year 2000 to 2002, a marketing consultant for important Italian consultancies amongst which notable are ISMEA and ISTAT; next two were spent as the Marketing Manager for an important Modena based Group manufacturing metal working machines in the foreign markets of USA, Greece, Spain & Turkey.

Currently Senior Partner and CEO of Octagona, President of Scouting India and European Partner of the Law Firm Satinder Kapur & Associates.

Alessandro has extensive expertise in the field of internationalization and specialization in the mechanics textile and retail sectors.
